You agree to use the Site lawfully and ethically. You must not:

Violate any law or encourage illegal activity.

Infringe rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy or publicity.

8. Termination

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You and Prepped For Success LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New York County, New York for any dispute.

10. Arbitration and Small Claims

Any dispute will be resolved via confidential binding arbitration in New York, under AAA rules, rather than in court, except that small claims (under the local threshold) may be brought in court. Certain claims (e.g. IP infringement) may be excluded from arbitration.

11. IP Infringement Notice

We respect IP rights. To report alleged infringement, provide:

12. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions will remain enforceable. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms will constitute the full agreement between you and Prepped For Success LLC regarding the Site, superseding prior agreements.
